Spring 2024 mixed art exhibition : by gallery artists & guest artists

"Pinks", collagraph by Mary Gillett

Our Spring 2024 mixed exhibition features over a dozen of our gallery artists, plus four guest artists, including a range of sculptures, oils, and prints. Devon-based Mary Gillett has produced four gorgeous collagraphs which we exhibit along with the corresponding block. These contrast with more visionary oils from London-based Consuelo Child-Villiers. Superb seacapes and coastal oils from Kim Pragnell and a charcoal study that deftly contrasts curvature of the boats with the linearity of the yard architecture. Bristol-based Ruth Ander hangs a variety of her monprints. The Hampshire artist Philippa Headley adds her impressionistic landscape oils. Imogen Bittner has some new textile pieces as well as work from London-based guest artist Chloe Fremantle and pieces by local guest artist Sarah Batt. A variety of raku ceramics are with us from London-based artist Alison Wear as well as stonework from Sarah Moore and the fine metal/glass/stone scuptures from Bershire based Johannes von Stumm are joined by pieces from London based sculptor Almuth Tebbenhoff.
